October 2011 - Monocle Magazine

Hey there,

I've popped up again in Monocle's October magazine. They've done a review on Adriano Zumbo's new store in Manly. You may remember that I painted a mural over the walls in June this year.

19KarenGalley

I'm pleased to announce that i've got some gallery representation up in the Gold Coast, with the good folk at 19Karen. I've just shipped four new pieces up, so if you're in the area, pop on in and ask for them by name!

New mural

Howdy people,

I've just completed a new mural at a bar/restaurant in Cronulla, Sydney called The Old Library. They commissioned me to do some bookcases around the walls. I'll get back once the building is all finished to get some better images, but until then, here's sneak peak at the line-arty goodness.

Monocle Magazine- July 2011

well, well, well...

One of my paintings has popped up in a photo from Monocle Magazine's July edition.

I've sold a bunch of work to Monocle's founder Tyler Brulé over the last few years, and it seems one of my paintings has pride of place in their chairman's meeting and reception room at the new editorial offices in London.

If you happen to find yourself in there, say hi from me...

Well the mural train rolls along... I've just finished another one at my excellent local cafe in Stanmore. Paper Cup can be found at 157/161 Cambridge St, Stanmore.

Get along, grab a coffee and have a look!

reviews

I had a little bit of press leading up to the show:

An interview in the sydney morning herald here, and the nice folks at Fbi wrote some kind words about my works over here.

Apart from the SMH getting the painting title wrong, i'm well chuffed...

thanks so much!
